He holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for agribusiness, food and livestock, and serves as Chairman of the Indonesian Palm Oil Council (DMSI).

In addition, he is also an advisor to GAPKI (Indonesian Palm Oil Entrepreneurs Association), a member of GAPMMI, and a member of the AEI Honorary Council (Indonesian Issuer Association).

In early 2025, Franky Oesman Widjaja was listed as one of eight Indonesian conglomerates who were directly invited by President Prabowo Subianto in a special meeting at the Jakarta Presidential Palace.
