Prostate Cancer, Bonehead Announces Rehat From Oasis Tour

JAKARTA - Oasis will undergo several tour schedules in the future without the guitarist, Bonehead. The musician whose real name is Paul Arthurs announced his decision to take a music break in the future.

Bonehead revealed that he had prostate cancer, as uploaded to his X account. Already suffered since the beginning of the year, he will focus on undergoing treatment for his health.

"At the beginning of this year I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. The good news is, my treatment response is very good, which means I can be part of this incredible tour," he wrote on October 3 citing Loudwire.

The guitarist estimates he will miss a number of Oasis concert dates in Korea, Japan and Australia. He really hopes to be back active around November.

"Now, I have to take a break for the next treatment phase, so I'm going to miss a concert in Seoul, Tokyo, Melbourne and Sydney. I'm really sad to miss these shows, but I feel fine and will be back ready to go to South America. I wish you a good time if you go this month and see you on stage again on the band together in November. Bonehead," he continued.

Fans also provide support for Liam and Noel Gallagher's friends. Not to forget, Oasis' official account is also ready to wait for Bonehead to return to action on stage.

"Hopefully all of you get the best in your care, Bonehead we will meet again on the South American stage," said Oasis.
