Prabowo Hands Over 6 Smelters Of State Rampasan Results To PT Timah

JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto arrived in Pangkal Pinang, Bangka Belitung, Monday, October 6 afternoon.

The presence of the head of state to witness the handover of six smelters along with a number of goods looted by the state from the illegal mining case to PT Timah Tbk.

The Cabinet Secretariat Social Media, quoted from Antara, informed that President Prabowo, who was riding Maung Garuda Limousine, was greeted with great fanfare by elementary school students in the local area.

The Head of State started a working visit to the location of the PT. Tinindo Internusa, Bukitintan District, Pangkal Pinang City in order to hand over the State Rampasan Goods (BRN) assets to PT Timah Tbk.

On that occasion, the President directly inspected the State Looted Goods which had gone through a legal process, before being symbolically handed over by the Attorney General to the Ministry of Finance.

The assets were then handed over to the CEO of Danantara and forwarded to the President Director of PT Timah Tbk.

After the activity at PT Tinindo Internusa, the President and his entourage continued their visit to PT Timah Tbk accompanied by the Forest Area Control Task Force (PKH) and a number of related officials.

As the highlight of the event, President Prabowo gave directions regarding the importance of managing natural resources that are transparent and just, as well as strengthening cross-institutional synergy in maintaining national economic sovereignty.
