Lamine Yamal's Mother's Chance To Dinner Is Offered For Less Than IDR 7 Million

JAKARTA - Barcelona star Lamine Yamal, Sheila Ebana, will be a special guest at a Christmas charity dinner in London next month.

The event, which will take place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City on November 7, 2025, has been labeled by the organizers as an unforgettable Christmas dinner.

"JEN C Events is honored to be the first event planner to work with Sheila. This will be an extraordinary night for a network, including a meeting with Sheila."

"We don't want to divulge too much, but guests will be spoiled with just one night experience in London with the mother of one of the world's best footballers," said the agency hosting the dinner.

Dinner tickets range from 130 pounds to 289 pounds (around Rp. 2.9 million to Rp. 6.4 million), with champagne on arrival, three meals of dinner, non-stop entertainment and DJ, networked with other sports figures, and the opportunity to take pictures as one of the benefits.

The announcement of the event drew criticism of Sheila Ebana in Spain, but former Real Betis player Benjamin Zarandona, who will also attend the dinner, explained that she only accepted the offer to attend.

"JEN C Events contacted me about the charity dinner they hold every year. They saw me taking pictures with Lamine's mother."

"As you know, I have been friends with him for years because of the similarities of our origins in Equatorial Guinea."

"The agency asked me if it was possible to take him to London for Christmas. I said I would consider it. That's all."

"We reached an agreement. They hired me as a former player and I contacted Sheila."

Yamal, 18, has grown to become one of the best players in the world since making his Barcelona debut at the age of 15.

Last week, he was in second place after Ousmane Dembele in the 2025 Ballon d'Or race, a prestigious individual award awarded to number 1 footballer in the world.

In his short career, he has won two La Liga titles, a number of other trophies with Barcelona and the Euros with Spain.
