Demul Issues Circular Of ASN To West Java Residents Donate Rp1,000 Per Day

JAKARTA - West Java (Jabar) Governor Dedi Mulyadi issued a circular (SE) to encourage state civil servants (ASN), school students, and the public to donate Rp1,000 per day.

SE with number 149 / PMD.03.04 / KESRA concerning the Sapoe Sarebu Rereongan Movement (mother pose) or the movement together a thousand day was seen by Antara on Friday 4 October. In the circular, which was made on October 1, 2025, Dedi noted that he referred to government regulation number 39 of 2012 concerning the implementation of social welfare that people have a role in improving people's welfare through the noble values of national culture, social solidarity and local wisdom.

Dedi wrote, in this regard, in order to increase social solidarity in the lives of the community, nation and state. As well as an effort to strengthen the fulfillment of the basic rights of the community in the field of education and health which are still constrained by budget constraints and access.

The West Java Provincial Government initiated a participatory program for this movement based on mutual cooperation, as well as local wisdom for the sake of compassion, compassion and parenting. This movement is a place for official public donations to answer the needs of people who are emergency and urgent on a limited scale in the fields of education and health.

The collection, management, distribution, recording and reporting of the use of funds resulting from the reshuffle movement is carried out by Local Managers, both within local governments, other government agencies and the private sector, as well as in schools and the community.

Local Managers are fully responsible for the implementation of collection, management, distribution, recording and reporting of funds resulting from the rereongan movement.

In the circular, Dedi Mulyadi also appealed to regents and mayors to socialize and facilitate the implementation of the Poe Ibu Rereongan Movement to ASN, non-ASN, employees of other agencies and the private sector, school students and the wider community in their respective regions.
