KrediOne Gandeng UNS Solo Gives Digital Financial Literacy

JAKARTA - Online loan platform (pindar) KrediOne collaborates with Sebelas Maret State University (UNS) Solo in conducting financial literacy.

KrediOne CEO, Kuseryansyah, emphasized the importance of digital financial literacy as a foundation for the younger generation, especially students, in order to be able to take advantage of the advancement of financial technology wisely.

"Financial literacy is not just understanding financial service products and using their technology, but also being able to consider the impact and risk of every financial decision," he said in a statement, Friday, October 3.

The event, which was attended by 250 students, was a collaboration between the UNS Digital Banking and Financial Applied Bachelor Study Program, KrediOne, and the Indonesian Fintech Association (AFTECH).

Kuseryansyah added that the purpose of this literacy is to provide an understanding of the future of digital finance through online loans (Pindar), including the impact and difference to illegal loans.

According to him, this financial literacy can avoid students from the practice of illegal loans that are detrimental.

"Therefore, Pindar is here not only to provide fast access to financing, but also to build a safer, impactable, and sustainable financial ecosystem," he continued.

On the other hand, Kuseryansyah said this activity was a real contribution in supporting the national financial literacy program promoted by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
