Antony Feels Disrespected By Manchester United When Leaving The Club
JAKARTA - Antony said he felt less respected at the end of his Manchester United career before moving to Real Betis.
The Brazilian joined Betis on loan last season before finally moving permanently for 22 million euros in the summer.
Between returning to Manchester United and rejoining Betis, Antony was forced to train separately from his teammates by Ruben Amorim and was not included in the squad for the club's pre-season tour.
"Look, I'm not the type of person who likes to get into controversy, who likes to mention people's names. In fact, I'm not going to mention anyone's name here."

"However, I think there is a little lack of respect there, even a little roughness also because no one says good morning, good afternoon."
"It doesn't even stop there. However, after all, it's over, I wouldn't really care about these things. Now I'm here, in Betis, I live here, that's the most important thing for me," Antony told Brazil's ESPN.
When asked why he felt things were not going well at Manchester United, Antony was again remembering things off the pitch that were really disturbing him.
"I'm the one who accepts my responsibility. I think things off the pitch really affect me, in my performance."
"I know my potential, I know my quality, I play at the World Cup not without reason, I go back to the National Team (Brazil) not without reason."
"I am also responsible for this failure, for failing in the performance I want. However, I always try to see the positive side, go through this whole process, this time at Manchester United, it's important to see myself," said Antony again.
