JAKARTA - The Indonesian automotive market has always been the goal of various well-known brands, including Hyundai, which has never stopped innovating product launches.

For the sales target by the end of this year, the brand bearing the 'H tilt' logo is not grandiose, wanting to attract a market at 3 percent. This was revealed by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Hyundai Motors Indonesia Fransiscus Soerjopranoto.

"We plan a market share until the end of the year, it's 3 percent. If we achieve this figure, it will increase by approximately 0.3 percent," he said, when met in the Jakarta area, recently.

According to him, determining the sales target until the end of the year itself is still a bit difficult. Hyundai itself predicts the figure can reach 720-750 thousand units by the end of the year.

"Well, when it comes to numbers, it's a bit difficult because the market volume goes up and down and changes," he added.

To achieve the market share mentioned above the brand from South Korea, it continues to penetrate such as the launch of many new cars, or refreshes. Even until the end of the year, they plan to present one more model. Of course, a good step, to attract Indonesian customers.

"According to the promise, until the end of the year there is still one more model (car launch)," he added.

Currently, Hyundai has presented several models that have received quite a warm welcome. Such as Stargazer Cartenz, Creta, to the latest Palisade.
