42 ASN DKI Turns Homecoming Eid, Allowed His Boss
JAKARTA - The Provincial Government of Dki Jakarta recorded that there are 42 state civil apparatus (ASN) dki who conducted homecoming during the Eid al-Fitr homecoming period this year.
However, the Head of Regional Staffing Agency Control (BKD) DKI Jakarta Wahyono said the 42 ASN was allowed to go home because it has special interests. So, they got permission from their superiors.
"A total of 42 ASN are allowed to go home outside the area because the parents are seriously ill, died, or the like," Wahyono said when contacted, Monday, May 17.
Then, there are 5 employees of dki provincial government traveling outside Jakarta because of the interests of official travel. In total, there are 257 ASNs on leave or permits during the Eid season.
"However, no ASN travels outside the area or homecoming without permission," he said.
As is known, the Task Force on Handling COVID-19 issued a Circular Letter Addendum No. 13 of 2021 concerning the elimination of the homecoming of Eid al-Fitr 1442 Hijri.
In the addendum, travel conditions are tightened since H-14 homecoming period is prohibited from April 22 to May 5 and until H+7 on May 18 to 24.
Protocol, travelers traveling by air transportation, rail, sea, and sea crossings in the two weeks before and one week after the homecoming ban must show a certificate of negative test results RT-PCR or rapid test antigens whose samples are taken a maximum of 1x24 hours before departure.

Special routine travel with sea transportation mode for limited shipping in the area of one sub-district / district / province or urban agglomeration area (Jabodetabek) is not required to show a letter of negative test results.
Protocol on road public transportation travelers will be conducted random test of antigen rapid test or GeNose by COVID-19 Task Force of their respective regions.
During homecoming is prohibited from May 6 to 17, all trips are required to have a negative RT-PCR test result valid for a maximum of 3x24 hours, or a negative antigen rapid test result of a maximum of 2x24 hours, or a negative result of GeNose C19 shortly before departure. Also, it is mandatory to apply for an entry permit (SIKM).
