Stabbing In Front Of Bmart Kemayoran Cafe Triggered By Trivial Problems, Hits While Drinking
The Central Jakarta Metro Police concluded that the trigger for the incident of the beating of 3 youths in front of the Bmart Kemayoran Cafe, Central Jakarta, occurred due to a trivial problem.
"The trigger means more or less the crowds inside, then there are bumps to each other. Then there are those who do not feel accepted, then fights or emotions," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Roby Hery Saputra when confirmed, Friday, October 3, 2025.
Kasat said the age of the group of perpetrators and victims was between 19 and 22 years on average. The incident began on Thursday morning, October 2, 2025.
"The incident (early) was at Bmart cafe, starting from the inside event. There was a group of youths who while entertainment were drinking alcohol," he said.
Then there was a commotion above the inside of the Bmart Kemayoran cafe. The commotion between the group of victims totaling three people and the group of perpetrators amounted to seven people.
"It is suspected that there was a misunderstanding, then there was a commotion, tension, separated by security at 00.30 WIB. Then after being separated, then the place was closed or wanted to close, the group of perpetrators came down first. It turned out that they were still waiting for the group of victims to come down," he said.
Apparently, there are groups of perpetrators who have carried sharp weapons stored in their vehicles.

"There was one perpetrator who was carrying a sharp weapon and there were also several perpetrators who used bottles to hit," he said.
As a result of the beatings and mistreatment, the three victims who had been waiting for the perpetrators were finally ganged up.
When the three victims were about to go home, or to be precise in front of Bmart Kemayoran, the group of perpetrators immediately confronted them until an act of violence occurred that led to death.
"This resulted in the victim of 3 people having to be taken to the RSPAD hospital, one dead and two injured," he said.
The death toll is known to have the initials HT (22) a resident of Jalan Kramat Kwitang III, Senen District, Central Jakarta. The victim died after receiving sharp weapon slashes to the right chest and face.
"There are several wounds, the deepest one in the upper chest, is on the same thigh in the left arm," he said.
For his actions, the perpetrator is threatened with being charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code related to beatings. Meanwhile, the police are still hunting for other perpetrators who are still at large.
