WIKA KSO Garap Gedung Mandiri PIK 2, Target Rampung 2027

JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) is working on the construction project of the Mandiri PIK 2 Building in the CBD Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 area, Tangerang. The IDR 650 billion project was carried out through operational cooperation (KSO) and is targeted for completion on February 2, 2027.

The focus of construction work on the design, retaining walls, and excavations. The Bank Mandiri office building will present a modern architectural design with a fasad twisting, skybridge, and carry the concept of a Platinum-standard green building from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).

The construction of the project involves absorption of local workers in the Banten area, such as Tangerang, Karawaci, Ciledug, and its surroundings. Their involvement not only creates jobs, but also has a positive impact on local economic growth.

President Director of WIKA, Agung Budi Waskito (BW), said that this project is also in line with the government's efforts to support the implementation of the National Strategic Project (PSN) and encourage the development of the CBD PIK 2 area as a new business center.

Agung also said that the Mandiri PIK 2 Building project is a form of real contribution from WIKA in presenting modern infrastructure that supports the national financial sector.
