Hyundai Jump School Batch 2 Is Back, The Commitment Of Printing The Young Generation Is Superior
JAKARTA PT Hyundai Motor Indonesia (HMID) has again presented a useful Hyundai Jump School Batch 2 program. The global program initiated by the Hyundai Motor Group was first present in Indonesia in 2024 and received a positive response.
Last year, more than 230 students were actively involved with the guidance of 50 students who acted as mentors. Seeing the impact, Hyundai expanded this year's collaboration to reach more young talents while strengthening social contributions in the country.
Hyundai affirms its commitment to supporting the next generation through an inclusive learning community. This program carries a triangular mentoring model, brings together students, students, and professional mentors in order to create an open and supportive self-developing environment.
HMID President Director, Ju Hun Lee, said the number of participants increased significantly, namely 100 students who will volunteer in 19 learning centers in Jabodetabek and Bandung. They will be accompanied by experienced professional mentors.
"More than just a program, Hyundai Jump School is our promise to empower the younger generation of Indonesia, strengthen the community, and build a brighter future," said Ju Hun Lee giving a speech in Jakarta, Wednesday, October 1.
Collaboration with academics is an important part. The Head of the UI Scholarship Sub-Directorate, Rosmalita, assessed that this program provides room for students to hone social leadership and sensitivity, as well as apply the knowledge they can on campus.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Chancellor of ITB, Agus Jatnika Effendi, also welcomed the partnership with Hyundai. He emphasized that the involvement of students in this program provides direct experience to contribute to society and social development.

The impact felt real, even the best participants had the opportunity to take a field trip to South Korea and experience at Hyundai Motors Indonesia and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia. This success became the basis for the birth of Batch 2 on a larger scale.
This year, 100 UI and ITB students will act as volunteer mentors at 19 formal and non-formal educational institutions. The program is targeted to reach up to 500 students, with the additional contribution of Hyundai professional volunteers to provide real world of work insight.
