MRT Jakarta Service Experiences Technical Disturbance, Train Travel At ASEAN Station-Senayan Mastercard Late

JAKARTA - MRT Jakarta service on the Lebak Bulus-Bundaran HI route experienced operational problems this afternoon. Head of the Corporate Secretary Division of PT MRT Jakarta Rendy Primartantyo admitted that this obstacle resulted in delays in train travel.

"PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by customers due to operational technical problems that occurred today," Rendy said in his statement, Wednesday, October 1.

Rendy revealed that currently, technical problems have an impact on delays in train travel from ASEAN Station to Senayan Mastercard Station.

He said the Jakarta MRT technical team is currently conducting intensive treatment so that services can return to normal as soon as possible.

"Thank you for the willingness of MRT Jakarta customers to wait. The comfort and safety of customers remains our priority," said Rendy.
