PB Djarum Supports Badminton Player Sanctions Allegedly Involved In Fixing Scores
JAKARTA The chairman of PB Djarum, Yoppy Rosimin, supports strict sanctions against badminton players suspected of being involved in match fixing.
In the circulating report, it was stated that a total of seven athletes were dragged into this matter. However, the exact details of anyone are not yet known.
"We will basically follow the applicable regulatory process of the authorities," said Yoppy.

Yoppy admitted that he had heard of the issue. He confirmed that there were athletes assisted by PB Djarum who were involved.
"Yes, it is true that there is a PB Djarum child," he said.
Furthermore, Yoppy said that currently PB Djarum has not been contacted by the Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI).
He said that he would submit the investigation process to parties who have authorities regarding this matter.
"Yes, no (PB Djarum will not conduct an investigation), it is not our authority," he said.
This case was revealed from BWF's efforts to investigate reports from certain parties.
In the report, it was stated that there were Indonesian athletes who were suspected of betting on behalf of themselves or their colleagues who had been conditioned to win the bet.
