Jokowi Orders Firli Bahuri, Tjahjo And Head Of BKN To Redesign Tests For 75 KPK Employees Who Did Not Pass TWK
JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) ordered KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri, MenPAN-RB Tjahjo Kumolo and the Head of the State Staffing Agency (BKN) to redesign follow-up tests related to the absence of 75 KPK employees who did not pass the national insight test. The test of transfer of kpk employee status to ASN was affirmed by Jokowi should not harm the rights of KPK employees.
"I ask the relevant parties, especially the kpk leadership, pan-rb minister and also the head of BKN to design a follow-up that is declared not to pass the test," Jokowi said in a statement quoted via YouTube presidential secretariat, Monday, May 17.
In a statement Jokowi expressed his agreement with the consideration of the Constitutional Court (MK) related to the testing of the KPK Law. Tests for the transfer of ASN status should not harm the rights of KPK employees.
Jokowi stressed that KPK must have the best human resources and be highly committed in efforts to eradicate corruption. Therefore, the transfer of kpk employee status to ASN should be part of a more systematic effort to eradicate corruption.
"The results of the national insight test on KPK employees should be an input for kpk improvement measures for both individual individuals and KPK institutions and not necessarily serve as the basis for dismissing 75 KPK employees who were declared not to pass the test. If it is considered that there are shortcomings I think there are still opportunities to improve through education about nationality and there needs to be immediate improvement measures at the individual and organizational level," Jokowi said.
There were 75 employees who were declared unqualified twk assessment. Among them novel Baswedan, Chairman of kpk employee container who is also an investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign KPK Giri Suprapdiono, and Kasatgas KPK Harun Al-Rasyid declared ineligible (TMS). The other two employees were not present in the interview.
KPK then issued a Decree of kpk leadership No. 652 of 2021 concerning The Results of National Insight Test Assessment. The letter signed by KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri and a copy signed by Plh Head of Human Resources Bureau Yonathan Demme Tangdilintin has four points.
One of them, instructing employees who do not qualify to hand over their duties and responsibilities to the direct supervisor.
