Komdigi Announces Evaluation Results Of 1.4 GHz Frequency Selection Administration
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital has officially announced the results of an administrative evaluation of the selection of users of the 1.4 GHz radio frequency band which is intended for the 2025 Bankwidth Wireless Access (Broadband Wireless Access) Wireless Service.
This selection was attended by seven telecommunications operators, namely PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, PT Telemedia Komunikasi Pratama, PT Netciti Persada, PT Telekomunikasi Seluler, and PT Eka Mas Republik.
Of the seven telecommunications companies that took selection documents, five of them submitted the application for participation documents on September 23, 2025.
After examining the completeness of the document, only three companies were declared to meet administrative requirements, namely:
Meanwhile, PT Indosat Tbk and PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk did not continue the selection after submitting their official resignation.

Komdigi said that the participants who graduated would proceed to the auction stage, the price, which is scheduled to take place starting Monday, October 13, 2025 through the e-Auction system.
Selection participants are also given the opportunity to submit a rebuttal on the results of the administrative evaluation no later than Friday, October 3, 2025 at 15.00 WIB, according to the provisions in the selection document.
If the rebuttal is submitted in excess of the time limit and/or does not comply with the provisions in the 1.4 GHz Radio Frequency Band User Selection Document for Broadband Wireless Access (Broadband Access) Access Service in 2025, the refutation is declared unacceptable.
