Nicole Kidman Officially Sues Divorce Keith Urban, The Day After Separation

JAKARTA - Nicole Kidman officially filed for divorce from Keith Urban, the day after it was reported that she had separated after building a household for 19 years. Both of them also did not appear together for several months before it was revealed that they had ended their relationship.

The couple, who have been married since 2006, has two daughters named Sunday and Faith. Kidman also has two children from his marriage to Tom Cruise, Isabella andction.

TMZ reported that the two had lived separately since the start of the summer. Kidman and Urban are known to own homes in several countries, namely the United States and Australia.

Three months before suing him, Nicole Kidman had uploaded a photo of a wedding celebration with Keith Urban. He wrote, 'Happy Anniversary Baby'.

Keith Urban also last shared a photo with Nicole Kidman when they attended the 2025 Academy of Country Music Awards together.

Kidman is said to have tried to defend the household but he became the first party to sue for divorce from the country musician.

Both of them are also busy with their respective careers. Kidman just finished filming the sequel to Practical Magic in September, while Keith Urban is on a High and Alive tour after releasing an album in 2024.

Nicole Kidman also had time to talk about how she keeps her relationship with Keith Urban even though the two are busy.

"How to take care of it? I'm not sure. We talk a lot. I always go home early from the party. If you rarely get out, I think you guys have more time than you realize," Nicole Kidman told the Hollywood Reporter.
