Nikita Mirzani Officially Revokes The Lawsuit For Wanting A Value Of IDR 114 Billion Against Reza Gladys
JAKARTA - Celebrity Nikita Mirzani officially withdrew the default lawsuit or broke a promise worth Rp. 114 billion against dr. Reza Gladys and her husband, Attaubah Mufid.
This request for revocation was submitted by Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Galih Rakasiwi at the South Jakarta District Court today, October 1.
"It's official (revocational). It has been submitted by PTSP (One Stop Integrated Service), in court I was also present at the trial. So it's official (revocational)," said Galih Rakawi.
The main reason for the revocation of the default lawsuit is because Nikita Mirzani has filed another lawsuit against Reza Gladys and Attaubah Mufid, namely allegations of unlawful acts.
No kidding, in this lawsuit the mother of three children demanded the beauty entrepreneur with a total value of Rp244 billion.
"Yes, of course (the new lawsuit) we must still have a negotiation, we will still discuss more carefully what steps we will take, like that, not without reason," said Galih.

Previously, Nikita's other attorney, Andi Syarifudin, revealed the details of the fantastic lawsuit.
"There was a material loss, yes, what was requested was Rp. 4 billion. Then there was a loss due to negligence, amounting to approximately Rp. 40 billion. Then there was compensation for immaterial losses of Rp. 200 billion," said Andi Syarifudin.
This lawsuit was filed because Nikita felt aggrieved after the unilateral cancellation of the agreement which led to a criminal report.
"The main point of the lawsuit is that it begins with a mutual agreement between the parties where one party unilaterally cancels using criminal law instruments, so that it causes material and immaterial losses to our clients," explained Andi Syarifudin.
