Reported Novel Baswedan Et Al To Supervisory Board Of KPK, Prof. Indriyanto: Reasonable And I Understand

JAKARTA - KPK Supervisory Board member Indrianto Seno Adji did not take the step of 75 KPK employees including Novel Baswedan who reported himself to the KPK Supervisory Board.

Indriyanto reported 75 employees who were declared ineligible in the Assessment of National Insight Test (TWK) and are currently released to report Indriyanto for alleged ethical violations to the Supervisory Board.

This report was submitted because Indriyanto was considered to have sided with the KPK leadership related to the polemic of TWK assessment results. Indriyanto was present at a press conference held by the KPK leadership on May 5, 2021.

In fact, as a member of the Supervisory Board, Indriyanto, who was just appointed on April 28, 2021, should have carried out the supervisory function.

"Personally, it's only natural and I understand the reports of disappointment. I respect the report", Indriyanto told VOI on Monday, May 17.

The former KPK commissioner claimed not to know the exact contents or substance of the report submitted by several representatives of 75 employees who were declared ineligible in the TWK assessment.

However, Indriyanto assessed that the report was only a matter of disagreement regarding the legitimacy of the KPK Leadership Decree regarding the TWK results.

"This is just a matter of opinion for the pro-contra of the legitimacy of the Decree of the Leadership. Personally, my legal opinion is to straighten out and avoid any misleading conclusion to the public regarding the existence and integrity of the KPK institution only", said Indriyanto.
