32 Luxury Vehicles In The K3 Certification Extortion Case Moved To Rupbasan, Here Are The Details

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has transferred 32 vehicles suspected of being related to extortion in the management of work safety and health certification (K3) that ensnared the former Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer to the Confiscated Goods Storage House (Rupbasan) in Cawang, East Jakarta.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said the 32 vehicles consisted of four-wheeled and two-wheeled wheels. The transfer process was carried out from the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta using a towing truck.

"The vehicles to be moved amounted to 32 vehicles consisting of 25 cars and seven motorbikes," Budi told reporters in a written statement, Wednesday, October 1.

The 25 cars that were moved were four Honda CRV, BMW 330i, Suzuki Jimny, two Mitsubishi Xpander, Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Stargazer, two Hyundai Palisade, Hilux, Jeep Cherokee, Nissan GTR, Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Toyota LC HDJ 80 R, Toyota Yaris, Land Cruiser 300, BAIC BJ40 Plus, Mercedes Benz C300, Mazda 6, Suzuki 3K5FX, BMW 218i, and Wuling.

Meanwhile, the seven motorbikes that were moved were Vespa Sprint, Vespa, Ducati Xdiavel, Ducati Hypermotarad, Ducati Multi Strada, Ducati Streetfighter, Ducati Marijumbler. All of these vehicles were previously stored in rubanah or basement of the anti-corruption commission office.

Previously reported, the KPK named 11 suspects in connection with the alleged extortion of handling work safety and health certificates (K3). This determination began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) that arrested 14 people, including the Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer.

The following is a list of suspects named by the KPK:

1. Irvian Bobby Mahendro as Coordinator for Institutional and Personnel Affairs K3 of 2022-2025; 2. Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra as Coordinator for Testing and Evaluation of Work Safety Competency until now; 3. Subhan as Sub-Coordinator of Work Safety Dit. K3 Development in 2020-2025;4. Anitasari Kusumawati as Coordinator of Partnerships and Work Health Personnel in 2020 until now; 5. Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan as Deputy Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024-2029;6. Fahrurozi as Director General of Binwasnaker and K3 in March 2025 until now; 7. Hery Sutanto as Director of Institutional Development in 2021-February 2025; 8. Sekarsari Kartika Putri as sub-coordinator; 9. Supriadi as coordinator; 10. Temurila as PT KEM Indonesia; and 11. Miki Mahfud as PT KEM Indonesia's party.

The determination of the suspect began with an intensive examination and found two pieces of evidence after the silent operation was carried out. It is suspected that this extortion has been going on for a long time.

In this case, the KPK has confiscated dozens of vehicles consisting of two and four wheels. Three of them are Mercedes Benz, BAIC, and Land Cruiser branded cars from the hands of Immanuel Ebenezer.

This car is known to have been moved from the official residence of Immanuel Ebenezer after the silent operation was carried out. Later, the vehicle was handed over to the anti-corruption commission.
