Sido Muncul Receives Award In The Company Category That Is Committed To National Tourism Progress
JAKARTA - PT Industri Jamu dan Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk received an award for the category of companies that are committed to the advancement of national tourism.
The largest herbal medicine producer in Indonesia won the award from Java Pos Radar Semarang. The award was handed over directly by the Director of Java Pos Radar Semarang Baehaqi and received by the Sido Muncul Public Relations Supervisor Semarang Septiana Nur Utami at the Cendana Ballroom Gets Hotel Semarang, on Friday, September 19.
Director of Java Pos Radar Semarang Baehaqi appreciates Sido Muncul actively promoting Indonesian tourism through advertising its products by introducing natural beauty and culture of various destinations, such as Labuan Bajo and East Sumba, using Kuku Bima and Rawa Pening products in Central Java.
Other products, Advertising for Tolak Angin introduce the beauty of East Sumba, such as Laipori Beach, Weekacura Waterfall, and Ratenggaro Traditional Village. Ads that use the song Stand By Me are very attractive to foreign markets.
This tourism advertisement was created to introduce the beauty of tourist destinations so that they are expected to be better known abroad.
"Sido Muncul, we know, this is a big herbal medicine industry. Sido Muncul is committed to popularizing various tourist destinations in Indonesia so that they are widely known not only nationally, but also foreignly," he said.
Meanwhile, separately, the Director of Sido Muncul, Irwan Hidayat expressed his gratitude and pride for the award from the Java Pos Radar Semarang.
"We are very grateful for the award given by the Java Pos Radar Semarang. This is clear evidence of our commitment to always participate in promoting national tourist destinations," said Irwan.
According to him, the development of the regional tourism sector requires strong collaboration between various parties, both the role of local governments, associations, entrepreneurs, content creators, and the general public. Central Java already has everything, including good accessibility.
