Report Indriyanto Seno Adji, Novel Baswedan: Dewas Is Not A Defender Of Kpk Chairman
JAKARTA - Kpk senior investigator Novel Baswedan confirmed that 75 employees who were declared not to have passed the National Insight Test (TWK) reported Prof. Indriyanto Seno Adji to the Kpk Supervisory Board (Dewas). Indriyanto was reported for being unfair in carrying out his duties.
Indriyanto himself was a member of Dewas KPK who had not even one month appointed to replace the position of Artidjo Alkostar who died. He also served as Acting Head of kpk.
"That the process of switching KPK employees as ASN as referred to by the Law, after we searched, we noticed, and noticed, many alleged wrong actions, violated the rule of law carried out by the kpk leadership. This is certainly seen as a serious problem," Novel told reporters at the KPK building in Jakarta, Monday, May 17.
Indriyanto allegedly intervened in the deactivation decree of 75 KPK employees who did not pass TWK by giving input to the Chairman of kpk, Firli Bahuri.
"When we did the attention, we noticed that there was one member of dewas named Prof. Indriyanto Seno Adji he was suspected of serious violations of the code of conduct," he continued.
The reason, continued Novel, the Board of Trustees (Dewas) performs the functions of one of which is conducting supervision supervised by kpk leaders and KPK employees. Dewas is also responsible for being an ethics judge.
However, Dewas continued Novel Baswedan precisely do things that are operational. For example, Indriyanto participated in a joint press conference with kpk chairman Firli Bahuri. For Novel it becomes a problem because Dewas does not have an operational function in KPK.
"Prof. Indriyanto Seno Adji is not the head of kpk, and not an employee of KPK. Surely his position there is a problem," said Novel.
In addition, Indriyanto Seno Adji is considered to have not studied in detail the problems related to TWK. Indriyanto is said to have not listened to novel et al's report on the issue of alleged unlawful acts and arbitrary actions committed by kpk leaders.
"Not yet do a review of documents related to other rule data, suddenly give an opinion to the public as if the action or decree signed by Firli Bahuri is correct, when it is done unilaterally," said Novel.
"When that happens, of course it already seems once the attitude violates the values of professionalism. How it is expected to do justice if it has not been impartial, when its function is supervisors not defenders. So I affirm Prof. Indriyanto Seno Adji is not a defender of Firli Bahuri," he added.
Novel claimed to have met 4 other dewas members. His party hopes dewas can perform its functions as best as possible. Do not let, he said, Dewas act unprofessional and unbiased.
"Earlier we got an answer from the chairman of dewas, saying that dewas has not taken any action, has not made any assessments, policies or decisions related to the decree issued by Firli Bahuri," explained Novel.
"The momentum is exactly right, we use it to ask dewas to act professionally, dewas do not harm the values of truth, justice and honesty that is the basis of dewas' executor," he said.
The novel hopes Dewas can work professionally and reliably.
"On the contrary, if Dewas applies by siding like before (Indriyanto Seno Adji, red) then it will damage the values of trust in Dewas and harm all of us who are concerned with efforts to eradicate corruption," said Novel Baswedan.
