JAKARTA - Fraud in BPJS claims, according to the General Chair of the Indonesian Private Hospitals Association (ARSSI) Center, Dr. drg. Iing Ichsan Hanafi, MARS, MH., can occur to various parties. "Regarding fraud, it can not only be committed by hospitals, but also BPJS and patients. So all parties have the potential to do it. We do not deny that some of our members have done it. However, guidance has been carried out by BPJS. From the association, we have also appealed to hospitals to improve themselves so that it does not happen again in the future," he said.
