According to Dadan, it is possible that BGN officials can only receive salaries after the official regulations are set.
Of the total BGN budget of IDR 71 trillion, budget absorption to date is only IDR 2.386 trillion or around 3.36 percent. The budget is currently focused on paying functional personnel such as the Head of the Nutrition Service Fulfillment Unit (SPPG), nutritionists, and accountants. In other words, currently new salaries are running for non-structural ranks.

The salaries of BGN employees are divided into two main criteria, namely Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The amount of salary received by each employee is determined based on the class, working period, to the level of education, along with the distribution

So apart from civil servants, BGN also opens opportunities for employees with PPPK status. The amount of PPPK salary is also determined by class. For example, PPPK employees who pass the SPPI Batch 3 selection with class IX will receive a basic salary between Rp3,203,600 Rp5,261,500.
