According to Dadan, it is possible that BGN officials can only receive salaries after the official regulations are set.

Of the total BGN budget of IDR 71 trillion, budget absorption to date is only IDR 2.386 trillion or around 3.36 percent. The budget is currently focused on paying functional personnel such as the Head of the Nutrition Service Fulfillment Unit (SPPG), nutritionists, and accountants. In other words, currently new salaries are running for non-structural ranks.

The salaries of BGN employees are divided into two main criteria, namely Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). For employees who pass the selection and are appointed as civil servants in BGN, the basic salary will follow the standards according to the group. For civil servants with groups III and IV, the following is the range of salary:
