This cancellation is likely the reason why OnePlus Ace 6 is now expected to debut alongside OnePlus 15 in China. In the latest Weibo post, Digital Chat Station reveals chipsets, battery capacities, and fast charging capabilities of OnePlus Ace 6.

OnePlus Ace 6 Key Details Revealed

Digital Chat Station mentions in its latest leak that the upcoming OnePlus phone will be powered by the SM8750 chipset, has a 7,800mAh battery, and supports 120W fast charging. Although the device's name is not explicitly mentioned, it is likely to refer to OnePlus Ace 6.

Thus, it can be said that OnePlus Ace 6 will come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset instead of the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5. As a reminder, OnePlus recently teased that they would launch a phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 in the near future.

If Ace 6 is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset will likely be provided for the fully new OnePlus Turbo series, which is expected to launch by the end of 2025 in China.
