Package Courier In Bekasi Persecuted By COD Rp30 Thousand, Perpetrators Surrender To Police
BEKASI A package courier with the initials ID (22) became a victim of persecution in the North Bekasi area. The incident was triggered by the issue of paying cash on delivery (COD) worth IDR 30 thousand which was not agreed upon between the victim and the perpetrator.
The perpetrator is known to have the initials CK alias Kece. When the courier came to collect the payment, CK had asked that the transaction be carried out via transfer. However, the victim refused because he considered that the perpetrator was often in arrears in payments in the previous transaction. The dispute then led to violence.
According to police information, the perpetrator swung a sharp weapon in the form of a machete at the victim. ID fended off the attack, but suffered injuries to the hand. This incident was recorded and the video was widely circulated on social media.
