October 1, The All Indonesia Application Is Mandatory For International Passengers

TANGERANG- The government has a mandatory grand launching of All Indonesia (Indonesian application one) for international passengers on October 1, 2025. The Coordinating Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, and the Minister of Immigration and Corrections, Agus Andrianto, announced.

Head of the Soekarno-Hatta Immigration Office, Galih Priya Kartika Perdhana said All Indonesia was an improvement in governance, examination. Initially, four ministries/agencies were running each with their respective systems.

"This will be more optimal, when the entire process was integrated into a digital platform process, All Indonesia. Indeed, the initial initiation was from immigration," he said, Thursday, September 25.

However, continued Galih, in the process, currently the leading sector is the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development of AHY. "From July, a trial has been carried out," he said.

Then, he continued, from the soft stopper, the hard stopper when perhaps the passengers arrived and had not filled in. "We just say please fill in, but don't make them stop, keep going," said Galih.

Second, yesterday there were two hard stopper trials, so when perhaps international passengers have not filled in, they cannot pass. They are obliged to fill in first.

"And yesterday, Alhamdulillah, it has also been going well. Now the level of filling, the All Indonesia should have been filled when they were in an original country (the place of origin, ed) (not when they arrived here," he said.

Galih admitted that currently more than 50 percent of international passengers have been charged. The target is 100 percent before international passengers come here, because if for example they do the filling here, existing instruments or hardware cannot accommodate thousands of passengers or passengers who come at the same time.

"Therefore, collaboration between immigration, customs, quarantine, health, airport authorities, AOC, then and airlines. Especially, because they will convey it at the time in the country of origin," he said.
