42 Marinatama Mangga Dua Pademangan Residents Admit To Being Intimidated By The Apparatus
JAKARTA - A number of residents who own the Marinatama Mangga Dua (MMD) shophouse in Pademangan have again received terror and interventions that are suspected to have come from Inkopal (Induk Koperasi TNI AL).
Previously, MMD residents also received terror from unknown people who poured sand in front of their shophouses in the early hours of the morning. Residents suspect the sand is mixed with burial ground to have a bad effect on the shop residents.
Furthermore, the next terror continues. This time, Inkopal has sent a warning letter to 42 residents of the owner of Ruko Marinatama who are currently in the trial process at the Jakarta Administrative Court.
In the contents of the letter issued by Inkopal on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, there are several points that corner residents.
Among them, Inkopal no longer extended the lease after 25 years of being inhabited by the owner of Ruko Marinatama and asked to return the certificate of rights issued by Inkopal and return the shophouse to good condition because it is state property (BMN).
Inkopal's pressure on 42 residents of Marinatama Mangga Dua clearly caused fear, because Inkopal deployed complete uniformed officers when distributing the letter while checking the contents of the shophouse.
Subbali, the attorney for 42 residents who own Ruko Marinatama, strongly objected to the letter conveyed by Inkopal to 42 MMD residents.

"Me and the residents objected to Inkopal's actions, because this matter is currently being tested for material at the Jakarta Administrative Court," he told reporters, Thursday, September 25, 2025.
"This shows that Inkopal does not want to resolve problems in a family and deliberation," added Subali.
The attorney for 42 MMD residents in the near future will send a letter to Inkopal because the object is in a judicial review at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) with a lawsuit No. 236/G/2025 PTUN Jakarta.
"Regarding the contents of the letter regarding the withdrawal of the original certificate and SHP issued by Inkopal, it shows that they do not want to finish it as a characteristic of our nation," he said.
He also has suspicions about the withdrawal of the original letter. Because if the original letter is withdrawn by Inkopal, there will be no more evidence that will be used as evidence in the PTUN court.
"My suspicion is clear, if the original letters are withdrawn by Inkopal then there is no more evidence for the plaintiff that can be used as evidence in court during the trial of evidence," he explained.
He also hopes that the Indonesian House of Representatives from Commission I will pay attention to the fate of the 42 residents who own Ruko Marinatama who are suspected of having been deceived.
"I hope that members of the DPR RI Commission I pay attention to the fate of the residents who own the shop," he hoped.
Meanwhile, the General Chairperson (Ketum) of the Indonesian People's Organ Collection (KPORI) Margoyuwono, regretted the attitude of the TNI which too depressed 42 residents of the owner of Ruko Marinatama Mangga Dua.
According to him, the TNI is the protector of the people and the state. The community should not intervene.
"The TNI is the protector of the people and the state, it should also protect the people," said Margo.
He was surprised by the incident.
"They are state officials, of course they understand the law. But why did they hit the rule of law," he said.
Previously, a number of residents of Marinatama Mangga Dua and their attorneys had filed a lawsuit regarding the cancellation of Certificate of Use Rights (SHP) Number 477 at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN).
