New Directors Of Kimia Farma Diagnostika D Expected Not To Repeat The Same Mistakes
JAKARTA - The new Board of Directors of Kimia Farma Diagnostika (KFD) is making a thorough improvement by ensuring all laboratories and corporate clinics throughout Indonesia are in compliance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) and good corporate governance (GCG) of Kimia Farma Group.
President Director of PT Kimia Farma Apotek Nurtjahjo Walujo Wibowo said that PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika is seriously improving itself for better company performance so as to provide professional and quality services for the community.
"We ensure that all KFD laboratories and clinics throughout Indonesia have implemented the applicable SOP. In fact, KFD synergizes with relevant stakeholders for overall improvement," Walujo said in his statement, in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Sunday, May 16.
The commitment was delivered following the change of directors of KFD through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on May 11, 2021. Nurtjahjo confirmed that KFD has ensured the implementation of existing SOP after cross checking between PT Kimia Farma Apotek and PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika.
"We are committed to provide quality services to customers and we do not tolerate actions that are not in accordance with GCG and the core value of SOEs, namely AKHLAK [Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative]," said Nurtjahjo.
Meanwhile, Acting President Director of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika, Agus Chandra confirmed that in addition to the management refresh, the company's internal also ensures that all KFD clinics and laboratories throughout Indonesia have fulfilled and run SOP. According to him, KFD management refresh action is one of the improvement steps to improve overall performance.

Based on the direction and decision of the shareholders, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Tuesday, May 11. The EGMS decided to dismiss the President Director of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika Adil Fadilah Bulqini and Director of KFD I Wayan Budhi Artawan.
In addition to dismissing the Board of Directors of KFD, egms also agreed to appoint Agus Chandra as Acting President Director of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika and Abdul Azis as Acting Director. The change of directors aims to rebuild public trust in the image and positive perception of Kimia Farma.
