Police Hunt For 2 Child Sex Perpetrators In Tangerang
Tangerang City Police (Polresta), Banten Police, is hunting down two suspected perpetrators of sexual intercourse and harassment against AA (13), a minor who was carried out in Mekar Kondang Village, Sukadiri District, Tangerang Regency.
"Two people are still being chased, but we have all our identities," said Mauk Police Chief AKP Subarjo, quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, September 25.
He said that in handling this case, the investigation team had previously succeeded in securing as many as five people out of a total of seven suspected perpetrators.
"From the five perpetrators, each with the initials ZA (17), N (18), AF (19), MF (22) and MB (24)," he said.
Subarjo said the act of sexual intercourse with minors was carried out in an empty house in Mekar Kondang Village, Sukadiri District.
The victim, who was still in junior high school (SMP), initially went to play or hang out with her boyfriend and friends.
"After that the victim was left behind because his girlfriend was called by his parents for other activities, so the victim who was hanging out on the side of the road with his girlfriend's friends," he said.
Furthermore, the victim was taken to an empty land area by the perpetrators and fed with liquor. Then after the victim was unconscious, the perpetrators immediately carried out a rotating intercourse.
"The perpetrators arose because they saw the victim was lying down, then they had sex with the victim in turn," he said.
The police chief said, based on the results of the medical team's examination and the results of the post-mortem that the victim was proven to have sexually abused or raped the perpetrators.
"The results of the temporary post-mortem were obtained for injuries to the female genitals and the results of the investigation led to sexual offenders," he said.

For the actions of the perpetrators, his party suspects that Article 81 in conjunction with Article 81 Number 35 of 2014 concerning the actions of Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection.
"We are threatened with a minimum sentence of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years in prison," he said.
