Synopsis Of One Battle After Another: Leonardo DiCaprio Faces The Past

JAKARTA - Director Paul Thomas Anderson is back with his latest film, One Battle After Another. The film, which received a standing opportunity at this world film festival, can finally be watched in Indonesia.

Leonardo DiCaprio collided with Benicio del Toro as well as a number of players in Anderson's best ensemble.

One Battle After Another tells the story of Bob Ferguson (Leonardo DiCaprio), a former militant who lives quietly in a suburb. After his job, he chose to continue living peacefully and away from the ring.

Bob's principle changed after he learned that Colonel Steven J. Lockjaw (Sean Penn) is now known as a politician known to the public.

In order to settle his business, Bob left his quiet life and faced Lockjaw. On the other hand, Bob's relationship with his daughter, Willa (Chase Infinity) was also rebuilt after Willa hated his father's whereabouts.

Having not had time to face it, Lockjaw's men attacked Willa's school and set a prime target. 16 years since he lost him and his daughter, Bob had to fight Lockjaw.

Bob then looked for his old friends to face Lockjaw, namely Sergio St. Carlos (Benicio del Toro) and Deandra (Regina Hall). Coming from different worlds, they come together to beat Lockjaw.

The film also stars Teyana Taylor, Alana Haim, Wood Harris, Tony Goldwyn, Shayna McHayle, Sharletta DuPois, and others.

The One Battle After Another film can be watched starting Wednesday, September 24 at Indonesian cinemas.
