IPhone Fold Leaks, Five Features That Will Be Present On Apple's First Folding Phone

JAKARTA After launching the iPhone 17 and iPhone Air lineups, now many are waiting for the iPhone Fold to arrive. Apple's first foldable phone is believed to bring a number of exciting new features.

Ahead of its launch, there were many rumors. The first rumors are two different screen supports. Launching from 9to5mac, the size of the inner iPhone Fold screen is estimated to be about 7.8 inches, while the outer screen is about 5.5 inches.

The large inner screen will be similar to the iPad mini, suitable for media productivity and consumption. While the 5.5-inch outer screen will be attractive to mini iPhone fans, phones that have not been produced by Apple for a long time.

In addition, Apple is reportedly successful in creating a screen design that is free of folding. This device will also have a very thin 'fold of books' design. When folded, the thickness is around 9 to 9.5 mm, while when opened it is only about 4.5 to 4.8 mm.

The camera on the iPhone Fold also gets special attention. Reportedly, Apple will embed four cameras on the foldable phone. The configuration consists of two rear cameras, one front camera on the outside screen, and one front camera on the inside screen.

Both rear cameras are reported to have a 48MP resolution. The front camera feature of the Center Stage on the iPhone 17 is also likely to be adapted to this device.

In addition, rumors say that the iPhone Fold will use a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, not Face ID. This decision was allegedly taken to avoid adding two sets of Face ID components.

Finally, this device is rumored to use titanium material in some parts of its design. This material will be used on hinges and casings to provide strength and a premium impression.
