Head of the Cartenz Peace Task Force Brigadier General Faizal Rahmadani said the KKB Kodap XVI Yahukimo led by Elkius Kobak again committed an armed crime by shooting a resident named Indra Guru Wardana in Kolf Braza District, Asmat Regency, South Papua.
After shooting the victim, said Faizal. The KKB member also burned the victim's house to the ground.
"The chronology of the incident is still being collected because access to the scene of the incident is quite difficult," said Head of the Cartenz Peace Task Force, Brigadier General Faizal Rahmadani, quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, September 23.
According to him, the crime scene (TKP) is quite far from the Suator Police and communication is also hampered by communication, so it is still collecting complete data regarding the incident.

Faizal explained that when the incident occurred, it was estimated that there were six KKB members and one of them was carrying a long weapon with the telescope.
"The Cartenz Peace Task Force continues to carry out security and further investigations. The National Police will take firm action against perpetrators who commit armed crimes or people's safety remains a top priority," he said.
