Anggito Abimanyu Officially Replaces Purbaya In The Chair Of The LPS Board Of Commissioners

JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) Anggito Abimanyu was elected as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners (DK) of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) for the period 2025-2030 based on the decision of Commission XI DPR RI after going through a fit and proper test.

"Commission XI of the DPR RI has chosen by deliberation and consensus to determine the members of the Board of Commissioners of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) as follows, Anggito Abimanyu has been appointed as Chair of the LPS DK," said Chairman of Commission XI DPR RI Mukhamad Misbakhun in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Monday, September 22 evening.

Then, Commission XI of the DPR RI has appointed Farid Azhar Nasution as Deputy Chair of the LPS DK, then Doddy Zulverdi as a member of the LPS DK for the Bank Guarantee and Resolution Program.

Furthermore, Ferdinand Dwikoraja Purba as a member of the LPS DK in the Policy Guarantee Program.

"The decision of Commission XI of the DPR RI will be followed up in accordance with the laws and regulations mechanism. So, what is the task mandated by the DPR leadership to Commission XI to complete the fit and proper process for members of the LPS Board of Commissioners has been carried out," said Misbakhun.

Previously, today, Monday (22/09), as many as five candidates for DK LPS for the period 2025-2030 underwent a fit and proper test from 18.30 WIB to 22.00 WIB.

The five candidates for DK members who underwent a fit and proper test include the Executive Director of Surveillance, Examination and Statistics of LPS Dwityapoetra Soeyasa Besar at 18.30-19.00 WIB.

Then, BPJS Health Supervisory Board member Muhammad Iman Nuril Hidayat Budi Pinuji at 19.00-19.30 WIB, and Compliance Director of Bank CCB Indonesia Agresius R Kardiman at 19.30-20.00 WIB.

Then, Asuransi Jasa Commissioner Tania Fedinan Purba at 20.00-20.30 WIB, as well as Deputy Minister of Finance Anggito Abimanyu at 20.30- 21.00 WIB.
