Marselino Ferdinand Joins US Trencin, Club Boss Won't Give Heavy Burden
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team player, Marselino Ferdinand, has officially joined Slovak club, AS Trencin. However, in his new assignment, the club stated that they would not give Marcelino a tough task.
This was stated by US Sports Director Trencin, Andrej Zakir. In a statement via the club's official website, Saturday, September 20, 2025, Zakik said Marselino would have time to adapt with the US Trencin.
"He (Marselino Ferdinand) will need space to adapt. So, we can't expect him too much in the first few weeks."

Marselino's status in the US Trencin is a loan player from Oxford United. Having a contract duration for one season, Marselino became the second player from Indonesia to strengthen the Slovak club, after Witan Sulaeman in the 2022/2023 season.
