The Head Of Planning And Budget Of The Indonesian Ministry Of Health Called By The KPK Today Regarding Allegations Of Bribery At The Koltim Hospital

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned six witnesses regarding the alleged bribery for the construction of the East Kolaka Regional General Hospital (RSUD) today, September 22. One of them is Liendha Andajani, who is the Head of the Planning and Budget Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

"The investigation was carried out at the KPK's Red and White building," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters in his statement, Monday, September 22.

Meanwhile, the five witnesses examined were Gusti Putu Artiana as the Head of the Procurement Division of Goods and Services/Chairman of Pokja; Harry Ilmar who is the Manager of Road Technicals and Bridges for the Junior Expert of the PUPR Office of East Kolaka Regency; Dany Adirekson as the Head of the East Kolaka TU/Member of the Working Group in East Kolaka Regency; Nia Nursania as staff of the Directorate General of Health Service Facilities of the Ministry of Health RI; and Haeruddin who are civil servants (PNS).

However, Budi has not detailed the material for the examination. He only said that the six witnesses needed their statements to investigate the alleged bribery being handled.

"The KPK has scheduled an examination of witnesses suspected of being TPK related to the construction of the East Kolaka Regional General Hospital (RSUD)," he said.

Previously reported, the KPK named the East Kolaka Regent Abdul Azis as a suspect in the alleged bribery of the construction of a regional public hospital (RSUD) along with four other people. This determination is a follow-up to the hand arrest operation (OTT) on Thursday, August 7, 2025.

Abdul Azis allegedly asked for a project fee of 8 percent or Rp9 billion from the construction of the East Kolaka Hospital, which amounted to Rp126.3 billion.

Then four suspects were also named, namely PIC of the Ministry of Health for the Development of the Andi Lukman Hakim Hospital, Commitment Making Officer (PPK) of the East Kolaka Regional Hospital Development Project Ageng Dermanto, representatives of PT Pilar Pintar Putra (PCP) Deddy Karnady, and KSO of PT PCP Arif Rahman.

Deddy Karnady and Arif Rahman as bribe givers are suspected of violating Article 5 Paragraph (1) Letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph 1 1 of the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, Abdul Azis, Ageng Dermanto, and Andi Lukman as bribe recipients were suspected of violating Article 12 Letter a or b or Article 11 and Article 12 B of the Anti-Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
