Hamas Releases 46 Photos Of Brawl, Warns Israel's Attack On Gaza Can Destroy Hostage Places

JAKARTA - The Hamas group warned that an Israeli military attack on Gaza that often injures Palestinian civilian warps could also endanger the hostages that are still being held by it.

The warning was announced by Hamas through the wing of its organization Al-Qassam's Ezzedine Brigade along with the publication of photos of most of the remaining hostages in Gaza.

"Due to the determination of (Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and Zamir's (military commander) handover ... a farewell photo taken at the start of operations in Gaza City," Hamas wrote in the publication of the photos, Sunday, September 21, quoted from AFP.

A total of 46 photos of the hostages were also mentioned by Hamas as a reminder of the case of an Israeli pilot who fell during an Israeli bomb attack in Lebanon in 1986. Until now, the pilot is unknown.

Of the 251 people arrested by Hamas since Israel carried out a ground attack on Gaza in October 2023. Of that number, 47 people are still in Gaza, including 25 people who according to the Israeli military have died.

Israel decided to deploy its military more on a mission to take full control of Gaza City on Tuesday, September 16. Weeks earlier, massive airstrikes were launched by Israel on the region's largest city center.

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza were forced to flee as a result of this Israeli military attack.

Meanwhile, the hostages' families continued to urge the Israeli government to carry out a ceasefire and stop its military offensive.

They argue that this endless war driven by the Israeli government endangers the lives of their loved ones who are still fighting in Gaza.
