JAKARTA - Inspectorate General (Itjen) of the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) stated that the inauguration of the Principal of SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih Roni Ardiansyah on the orders of the Mayor of Prabumulih Arlan did not comply with the provisions.
The statement was made by the Inspector General (Irjen) of the Ministry of Home Affairs Sang Made Mahendra Jaya after his party examined and asked for information from the parties at the Itjen Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Jakarta, Thursday.
"The results of the examination: the transfer or transfer of the position of Roni Ardiansyah's brother, the Head of SMP Negeri 1 Prabumulih, did not comply with the provisions of Article 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Number 7 of 2025 concerning the Assignment of Teachers as Principals," Mahendra said as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, September 18.

"That night we immediately contacted the provincial inspector, as well as the Prabumulih City inspector to confirm the truth of the incident. Do not let that hoax news, that's the first step we will take," he said.
