Police Explain Bima-Eko's Reason For 'Hil' Without News

The police revealed the reason Bima Permana Putra and Eko Purnomo had disappeared without any news after the riots that took place in the Jakarta area at the end of August 2025.

Director of General Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Wira Satya Triputra said Bima chose to leave the house on the grounds that he wanted to live independently.

"From the results of our communication with Bima's brother, he said that the reason for leaving the house was because he wanted to live independently," Wira told reporters, Thursday, September 18.

Bima Permana Putra is known to have been last seen in the Glodok area, West Jakarta, on August 31, 2025. Until finally his whereabouts were found in the Malang area, East Java, on September 17.
