Joyland Session 2025 Becomes A Replacement For Festivals In Jakarta Which Is Canceled

JAKARTA - After the announcement of the cancellation of the 2025 Joyland Festival in Jakarta, Plainsong Live as the promoter, announced that Joyland Session was present as a substitute.

Through uploads on the official Instagram account, the promoter said that the 2025 Joyland Session is a new form that was introduced as a response from loyal audiences.

"Jode me to take a new form this year. We understand you. We feel love, energy, and how meaningful this meeting means," wrote Plainsong Live, citing an upload caption, Thursday, September 18.

Even though it was held on a smaller scale, the promoter felt that Joyland should still be presented, as a space to meet music lovers.

"Although Joyland has not been able to return to her best form, we cannot let this year pass without creating something that brings us back together," said the promoter.

"So, we have built a smaller space, keep Joyland in our hearts", where we can meet, share music, and keep the magic alive until the festival returns," he added.

Meanwhile, the Joyland Session 2025 will be held for two days, located in Senayan, Central Jakarta on November 29 and 30.

Joyland Session 2025 tickets can be owned exclusively by visiting the official joylandfest.com website. The price for the 2 day pass ticket is set at IDR 1,088,000.
