This KPK Employee Asked How Many Times Did-Whyaja During The National Insight Test
JAKARTA - One of the KPK employees who did not pass the National Insight Test (TWK) assessment, Tata Khoiriyah revealed a number of questions in the interview session that were considered awkward.
This test is a stage that must be passed by the employees to change the status to civil apparatus (ASN).
Through a thread he created on his Twitter account @tatakhoiriyah, he mentioned there were a number of questions asked by the interviewer. Including, questions that offend private domains such as courtship and marriage.
Tata explained, the interviewer in charge of interviewing her is a middle-aged woman. Before the interview process was conducted, the interviewer explained that he was assigned to gather information as a recommendation for status transfer and the final decision was in the hands of the KPK leadership.
"At first I was asked how long I worked, and what did I do at KPK, was there a problem with my boss or co-workers? Then asked what kind of implementation of pancasila in everyday life," Tata said in the thread quoted after VOI obtained permission on Friday, May 14.
Furthermore, he was also asked whether to wish other religious people a happy holiday and how he behaved when attending other religious celebrations. Not only that, Tata was also asked what he would think if there were descendants of former political prisoners occupying strategic positions.
After this question was answered, she was then asked if she was married or if she had a boyfriend. On that occasion, she was also asked what she had done with her boyfriend.
"Is it married? Got a girlfriend? How many dates? Is that girlfriend now heading to the wedding? Has girlfriends now been introduced to parents? What are you going to do with it?" she said.
Next, Tata claimed to be asked about families from religious traditions to the organizations that followed.
"Continue the question to the family, is there a family lecturers and civil servants? what kind of religion? Join what organization? What's the activity on Sunday? What do you do about radicalism, pornography, or antigovernment?"
She admitted that she was uncomfortable when asked about her personal issues, especially marital status. "I'm not comfortable," Tata said.
It's just that the question is trying to be answered as it is and briefly. He revealed there are a number of other questions that are not relevant to the work as well as with Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.
"For the part of marital status, I am uncomfortable, but I try to answer as it is. Answered in a short time. In addition to the question of the implementation of pancasila, other questions are asked without any relevance to the work or deepening of pancasila, constitution 45, etc.," he said.
He said the interview he participated in ran for about an hour. As for the results, he knew to be one of the 75 employees who did not qualify when receiving the Decree (SK) on May 11.
"The total interview time I participated in was about 1 hour. Date 27/4 of twk assessment result given by BKN to KPK. On 5/5 the results were opened and circulated there were 75 ineligible employees (TMS). and on 11/5 I received sk that I entered in 75 names tsb," he concluded.
