In his 6 years in office, Erick Thohir's wealth increased by around Rp97.7 billion, an increase of 4.2 percent. The largest growth comes from property assets in the form of land and buildings as well as electric vehicles.

Meanwhile, cash and other assets actually decreased, while debt increased sharply from IDR 60 billion to IDR 129 billion. The composition of his wealth remains dominated by securities of around 70 percent of the total.

Based on the periodic LHKPN in 2024, Erick Thohir's wealth consists of 35 lands and buildings spread across a number of areas with a total value of IDR 466.9 billion.
