Uya Kuya Cat Has Not Been Returned, Still Being Treated At A Health Center

The East Jakarta Metro Police immediately returned two cats belonging to members of the DPR (unactive) Surya Uya Kuya who had been arrested during the arrest of the robber at his home in the Pondok Bambu area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta, Saturday, August 30.

"The cat is currently still on the side of the animal health center (Puskeswan). If the condition is healthy, it will be returned immediately," said East Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head AKBP Dicky Fertoffan, Wednesday, September 17. Dicky said that his party routinely checks the condition of Uya Kuya's cat at the Puskesmas.

"Later we will call again from the Puskeswan. Whether the cat is in good health or not. If it is in good health and stable condition, the owner can take it," he said.

His party will also make an administration for the delivery of the cat if the cat is declared healthy.

When asked about the return of Uya Kuya's cat which was rescued by Sherina Munaf, she admitted that she did not know the details of the return process.

"I still haven't received the update, because the information is that they have an agreement to transfer these cats from Sherina to Uya Kuya's side," said Dicky.

The process of returning the cat will involve Uya Kuya and Sherina Munaf directly.

"Well, I also don't know the transfer process. The agreement is because they involve other parties again," said Dicky.

Previously, artist Sherina Munaf after undergoing an examination at the East Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters agreed to hand over five cats belonging to members of the DPR (active) Surya Uya Kuya next week.

"It has been discussed and there is an agreement that next week there will be a handover to the cats," said Sherina's attorney, Adit at the East Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, Friday (12/9) night.

Adit said that currently the cats are still in the clinic with proper treatment.

Adit explained that the handover process still had to involve Sherina directly. This is because the cats are currently at the veterinary clinic on behalf of Sherina.
