Commission III Of The DPR Chooses 10 Names Of Supreme Court Justices And Ad Hoc HAM Judges, Who Are They?

JAKARTA Commission III of the DPR RI approved the names of 10 candidates for Supreme Court justices and ad hoc judges of human rights (HAM) at the Supreme Court (MA) in 2025 at a plenary meeting at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday today.

Chairman of Commission III of the House of Representatives, Habiburokhman, said that eight factions of political parties had given their views on the fit and proper test that had been held since last week. As a result, 10 candidates were approved, while the other six candidates did not qualify.

"The list of candidates for Supreme Court justices and candidates for ad hoc human rights judges in the 2025 Supreme Court was approved by Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives. First, Suradi SH Sos MH, High Court Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia in the criminal chamber who was approved as the supreme judge of the criminal chamber," said Habiburokhman.

Second, Ennid Hasanuddin SH CN MH, Supreme Court Justice of the Republic of Indonesia approved to become the supreme judge of the civil chamber. Third, Dr. Heru Pramono SH MHum, Supreme Court Judge of the Republic of Indonesia was approved as the supreme judge of the civil chamber.

Fourth, Dr Hj Lailatul Arafah MH, High Judge of the Supreme Court Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, was approved as the supreme judge of the religious chamber. Fifth, Dr Hj Muhayah SH MH, Deputy Chair of the Samarinda Religious High Court, was approved as the supreme judge of the religious chamber.

Sixth, Dr Hari Sugiharto SH MH, High Judge of the Directorate General of Military Courts and TUN was approved to be the Supreme Court judge of the TUN room. Seventh, Dr Budi Nugroho SH SE MHUm, the Judge of the Tax Court was approved as the Supreme Court judge of the special TUN room for taxes.

Eighth, Dr Diana Malemita Ginting Ak SH MSI MH, Main Auditor Itjen Kemenkeu was approved to become the Supreme Court judge of TUN for special tax rooms. Ninth, Dr Agustinus Purnomo Hadi SH MH, Judge Ad Hoc Corruption MA RI was approved as Supreme Court judge in the military room.

"Finally, Dr. Puguh Haryogi SH SPN MH, a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Muhammadiyah University, Malang, was approved as an ad hoc HAM judge at the Indonesian Supreme Court," said Habiburokhman.

Habiburokhman said, with the completion of the reading of the views of the faction and the termination of the candidate's name, a series of due diligence for candidates for Supreme Court justices and ad hoc human rights judges in 2025 had been completed.

"Furthermore, the results of this approval will be reported in the nearest plenary meeting to be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations," he said.
