Head Of Authority: Intiland & Nindya Karya Wants To Work On Projects At IKN, Value IDR 19.8 Trillion

The Capital Archipelago Authority (OIKN) revealed that there are two investment projects with the Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) scheme that are ready to be realized.

OIKN Chief Basuki Hadimuljono said the two investment projects are currently awaiting the issuance of Risk and Financing Collection (RPDP) documents by the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Purbaya Yudhi Sadivewa.

"The two are already in the Minister of Finance, because we are with PT SMI (Sarana Multi Infrastruktur) the process, if the RPDP is already available, we will immediately tender it," said Basuki when met at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, September 15.

The two KPBU investments have a value of IDR 19.8 trillion. The details, amounting to IDR 10 trillion, are KPBU investment commitments from PT Intiland Development Tbk. (DILD).

Meanwhile, the remaining Rp9.8 trillion is an investment commitment submitted by PT Nindya Karya (Persero).

"The two are Intiland with Nindya Karya. So, the RPDP is to (regulate) the financing of the AP, the availability payment. We are still processing this," he said.

Basuki said the projects to be worked on include 8 KPBU flats initiated by PT Nindya Karya (Persero), while as many as 109 KPBU landed residences will be worked on by PT Intiland Development Tbk. (DILD).

Meanwhile, throughout 2025, the IKN Authority itself had revealed that it was targeting investment through the KPBU scheme to reach IDR 60.93 trillion.

Selain untuk mendukung pembangunan kawasan hunian, investasi lewat skema KPBU itu juga dilakukan untuk mendukung pembangunan Multi Utility Tunnel (MUT) dan jalan di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) senilai Rp40 triliun.

"Nah, targetnya KPBU saat ini dari segi angka ada Rp60 triliun untuk perumahan dan sekitar Rp40 triliun itu untuk MUT dan jalan," ungkap Deputi Bidang Pendanaan dan Investasi OIKN Agung Wicaksono dalam konferensi pers agenda Market Sounding PPP IKN di Auditorium Kementerian PU, Jakarta, Senin, 24 Februari.

In addition to supporting the development of residential areas, investment through the KPBU scheme is also carried out to support the construction of Multi Utility Tunnel (MUT) and roads in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) worth IDR 40 trillion.

"Well, the current KPBU target is that in terms of the figure there is IDR 60 trillion for housing and around IDR 40 trillion for MUT and roads," said OIKN Deputy for Funding and Investment Agung Wicaksono at a press conference on the PPP IKN Market Sounding agenda at the PU Ministry Auditorium, Jakarta, Monday, February 24.
