China Masters 2025: New Composition Of Women's Doubles Gets Second Test
JAKARTA The composition of the three new Indonesian women's doubles sector pairs will receive their second test at the China Masters 2025 tournament which will take place this week.
The China Masters 2025 is scheduled to take place on September 16-21, 2025 in Shenzhen, China. This is the second tournament attended by three women's doubles pairs of the PBSI National Training Center which have just been reshuffled.
The three couples in question are Lanny Tria Mayasari/Amallia Cahaya Pratiwi, Rachel Alllessya Rose/Febi Setianingrum, and Febriana Dwi Puji Kusuma/Meilysa Trias Puspitasari.
The head coach of the women's doubles, Karel Mainaky, hopes that the three couples he has fostered can speak in China after at the Hong Kong Open 2025 last week they couldn't do much.

"I hope my team can improve their performance, play as well as possible at these China Masters. It's not easy, but it's not impossible," Karel said in the statement.
While appearing in Hong Kong, the furthest journey of the three pairs was the second half. The stage was explored by the couple Lanny/Amallia and Febriana/Maysa.
The Rachel/Febi pair returned early in the first half after losing against Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, who missed the 2025 China Masters.
"The first appearance of Febriana/Maya and Rachel/Febi was quite good. In terms of games and chemistry, it was seen that the homework was in the Lanny/Tiwi couple who had not found the right rhythm and pattern of play," said Karel.
The China Masters is a Super 750 BWF level tournament. The tournament is fighting for a total prize of 1,250,000 US dollars or equivalent to Rp20.5 billion.
Indonesia has sent a total of 14 representatives to the event. Other Indonesian representatives are three men's singles, one women's singles, four men's doubles, and three mixed doubles.
