Closing Session, Bogor City DPRD Submits 7 Raperda and 500 Residents' Aspirations

BOGOR - Bogor City DPRD officially closed the III session for the 2025 session in a plenary meeting which was held on Friday, August 29. In the plenary meeting chaired by Deputy Chair I of the Bogor City DPRD, M Rusli Prihatvy, the Bogor City DPRD also submitted the performance and recess reports that had been carried out.

At this plenary meeting, Deputy Chairman III of the Bogor City DPRD, Dadang Iskandar Danubrata, read out the Bogor City DPRD performance report.

Through the legislative function, the Bogor City DPRD has established seven Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda), including the Bogor City Raperda on the Prevention and Handling of Violence in the Education Unit.

So far, the Bogor City DPRD is also still discussing 10 Raperda and will discuss six new Raperda during the first session, the 2025 session year from September to December.

"God willing, all planned Raperda discussions will be completed soon to support the implementation of government activities in Bogor City," said Dadang.

Then, through the budget function, Dadang explained that the Bogor City DPRD during the third session of 2025 had discussed the follow-up to the report on the results of the examination by the Supreme Audit Agency (LHP-BPK) for the 2024 fiscal year and the discussion of the 2026 KUA-PPAS draft.

Furthermore, Dadang said, through the supervisory function, the Bogor City DPRD through board equipment (AKD) consisting of commissions and agencies has carried out various activities.

Commission I supervises the implementation of the government order and the issue of government office assets at the sub-district and sub-district levels as well as monitoring of the illegal alcohol eradication program (minol) with the Deputy Mayor.

Commission III of the Bogor City DPRD during the third session highlighted the ongoing infrastructure development. This is related to development planning, policy analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

"We also supervise the environment related to waste management which is still a problem in Bogor City and takes victims as well as issues related to public transportation issues," said Dadang.

Finally, Commission IV of the Bogor City DPRD supervises the implementation of basic community services. One of them is the preparation of the 2025 budget Amendments as well as the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan, to the Evaluation of the Distribution of the 2025 Education Cost Reduction Assistance Program and to disseminate information to all schools in the Bogor City area to record the Distribution of the Education Cost Reduction Assistance Program, especially the 2025 Ijazah.

Deputy Chairman II of the Bogor City DPRD, Zenal Abidin, explained that the recess period was used by members of the DPRD individually to visit their constituencies in order to absorb the aspirations of the community so that synergistic relations between the people's representatives and their voters can be maintained in communication and encourage community participation in the development process.

"On the occasion of the recess, members of the DPRD also used it to socialize the performance of the DPRD during one session, both performance in the fields of Legislation, Budget, Supervision, and DPRD institutions," said Zenal.

Based on the results of the recess recapitulation of 50 members of the Bogor City DPRD, it was recorded that for the electoral districts of Central Bogor and East Bogor sub-districts there were applications for improvements to waterways and sheet piles of 41 votes, road repairs as many as 46 approvals, infrastructure development 53 approvals, uninhabitable houses (RTLH) 12 complaints and 80 other recommendations.

In the electoral district, South Bogor District, 60 approvals for repairing waterways and sheet piles, 54 improvements for roads, 63 approvals for infrastructure development, RTLH 13 promotions and 119 other proposals.

In West Bogor District, 46 complaints were applied for repair of waterways and sheet piles, 66 road repairs, 15 infrastructure construction, 5 approvals for RTLH and 62 other proposals.

In Tanah Sareal District, 61 complaints were applied for repair of waterways and sheet piles, 55 improvements to roads, 28 promotions to infrastructure development, 11 agreements to RTLH and 52 other proposals.

Finally, for the electoral district of North Bogor District, submissions for repairing waterways and sheet piles as many as 32 approvals, road repairs as many as 41 approvals, infrastructure development 52 approvals, RTLH 5 approvals and 99 other proposals.

"We hope that the compilation of the Third Recess Results for the 2025 Session Year can be used as material in determining development planning by taking into account the priority scale of development in Bogor City," Zenal concluded.

The Opening Of The First Session Period Of The 2025 Session Year

After closing the third session, Deputy Chair I of the Bogor City DPRD, M. Rusli Prihatevy continued the agenda by opening the first session of the 2025 trial year. Rusli conveyed that during the first session, the Bogor City DPRD will discuss six Raperda and four other legislative discussions.

As for the budgeting sector, the Bogor City DPRD will start discussing the 2026 KUA-PPAS Changes, the 2026 APBD Raperda and the governor's evaluation of the 2026 APBD.

Regarding the field of supervision, the Bogor City DPRD will discuss Special Problems by the DPRD's Completeness Equipment in accordance with its field of duties, including through Working Meetings with Working Partners, Field Review, Hearing / Dialogue with Community Leaders and acceptance of aspirations.
