Allegations Of Village Fund Corruption, Kejari Kejari Kaur Keuangan Batu Tangkoi Village, Central Kalimantan

The Gunung Mas District Attorney's Office (Kejari Gumas), Central Kalimantan (Kalteng) is pursuing the former Head of Finance Affairs (Kaur) of Batu Tangkoi Village, Kahayan Hulu Utara District on behalf of Surie, who is a convict in the Village Fund (DD) corruption case and Village Fund Allocation (ADD).

"This pursuit is so that the person concerned can be executed or served a sentence of imprisonment and fines," said Head of the Special Crimes Section Andi Yaprizal, when contacted from Kuala Kurun, Monday, as quoted by Antara.

He said, while still serving as a Finance Head, Surie was involved in the criminal act of corruption in the management of DD and ADD Batu Tangkoi for the 2020 to 2022 fiscal years.

"Based on the decision of the Corruption Court (Tipikor) at the Palangka Raya District Court, Surie was found guilty of committing a criminal act of corruption," he said.

The Corruption Court's decision at the Palangka Raya District Court in question is decision Number: 5/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN Plk dated May 16, 2025, where the convict Surie was found guilty of committing a criminal act of corruption as stipulated in Article 3 in conjunction with Law No. 31 of 1999 as amended and added in Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 of the Criminal Code.

Based on this decision, he said, Surie was sentenced to a corporal or prison sentence of one year and 10 months and burdened with compensation of Rp. 23 million, and a fine of Rp. 50 million.

The Executing Prosecutor's Team of the Dumas District Attorney has visited the residence of the convict, whose address is Batu Tangkoi, as well as the residence of the convict's family. However, the convict's whereabouts are unknown.

"Until now, the team of executing prosecutors continues to seek and find convicts, as well as coordinate intensively with related parties," said Andi.

Furthermore, he explained, initially the corruption case ensnared the former Head of Batu Tangkoi Village, Ero Priadi, who at the end of December 2024 was declared to have committed a criminal act of corruption by the Palangka Raya District Court.

"Kades Ero Priadi was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of Rp. 50 million, and was sentenced to an additional penalty to pay compensation of around Rp. 500 million," he said.

He added that in its development, it was known that Ero Priadi was working with Surie, in the misuse of the management of DD and ADD Batu Tangkoi 2020 to 2022, with state losses reaching around Rp. 500 million.
