The two different results then made Persija's position at the top of the standings evicted and couped by Borneo FC.
Persija and Borneo are two unbeaten teams. However, Pesut Etam - who have fewer matches than the Kemayoran Tigers - is four wins with 12 points from four matches that have been played.
Meanwhile, Persija, who was in second place, packed 11 points from three wins and two draws.
Arema FC and PSIM follow below - occupying third and fourth positions - by collecting both eight points.
Persib Bandung, which is labeled back-to-back for the league, was a little delayed at the start of the season. With a record of two wins, one draw, and one defeat from four matches, Maung Bandung collected seven points and took sixth place.
Persib had lost and drew in the first few matches, but their last win gave a signal of revival amid the top competition.
At the bottom, competition to avoid relegation is getting fiercer. PSBS Biak, Persita Tangerang, and Persis Solo both collected four points, while PSM Makassar occupied the caretaker position with three points.
