SAR Team Searches For Teenagers Dragged By Waves At Cinangka Serang Beach
The joint SAR team searched for a teenager who was reported missing due to being dragged by the waves while swimming on the coast of Cinangka Beach, Serang Regency, Banten.
"We received a report at 09:25 WIB and immediately dispatched a team to carry out a search operation," said Head of Operations for Banten Basarnas Rizky Dwianto, in Serang, Sunday.
He explained that the incident occurred at around 08:45 WIB. Based on the report, two teenagers were swimming on the beach, but suddenly both of them were rolled by the waves.
One victim named M. Virga Herlambang (19) was rescued and immediately taken to the nearest clinic for medical treatment, while one of his colleagues is still being searched.

Following up on the report, the Rescue Team from the Banten SAR Office at 09:43 WIB moved to the scene, which is about 35.8 km from the SAR office.
"Until now, the search process is still being carried out by a joint team by combing the water area around the scene. The weather at the location is reported to be sunny and supports the operation," he said.
This search operation involved elements from the Banten Basarnas, BPBD Serang Regency, as well as the surrounding community by bringing water SAR equipment, communication equipment, and medical equipment.
